It’s so great when Avon puts out incentives that all Avon Representatives can achieve. Top sellers and team builders have a better chance of earning cruises and free trips; which is attainable by anyone.
Every incentive is an opportunity to reach a new goal. Whether it is the goal of earning a Boss bracelet, making it to President’s Club, earning the Avon Traveling Gear Reward or a cruise – anything is possible if you set small reachable goals.
I have received other rewards, but wanted to share the most current Avon Traveling Gear Reward. Points were earned towards each Avon Traveling Gear Reward incentive. Setting my first goal on just the makeup bag and then the tote. Once I saw that I could earn the traveling carry on suitcase I worked towards it.
Setting small goals when you start your Avon business is key to reaching larger goals. Trying to reach something that may be out of reach starting can cause discouragement and may even cause you to give up. Reach for the attainable goals and be proud of what you have achieved and know that you can go even further the next time.
Right now I am halfway to President’s Club for the year and my goal is to reach it by last years goal of August 31st to July 31st.
Helping my team make it to President’s and building their team is my most current goal. It is important that they know they can achieve what they set their minds to.
