When you start your Avon business and gain customers you can followup with them anytime. When you place an order for your customer that information is stored for you to see; the date the order was place as well as the campaign and what they ordered so you can review and then contact them to see if they need to replenish any items.
Your online customer orders are saved as well; so you can contact your online customers and see if they would like a catalog mailed to them (use Campaign Mailer) or just e-mail them when online offers come available.
However you choose to contact them, be sure to contact them from time-to-time. Even if they are not ready to place an order; it is good for them to hear from you. Calling is best for those personal orders because you can get to know them better. Personalize your conversation. Ask them how they are doing. You may find out that they are actually needing to earn extra income based on the conversation. You could have a potential team member.
If you like doing home parties; mention to them that they could earn free product by hosting a party; whether it is in their home (your home – if that is an option) or facebook. If you are afraid to call and they are on your facebook; you could reach out to them that way or via e-mail or a text. But I must say “Don’t be afraid to call” – they will most likely be happy to hear from you. People still desire real human communication in this day of Social Media.
