Below are three ways to earn while you sell Avon – keep in mind that these are only suggestions; ways in which I have grown my business.  You can choose how you want to sell Avon and work your business.

#1 Sell Avon Face-to-Face

Face-to-face selling is a great way to get started locally.  You can get started like I did and have an Avon party in your home being sure to invite everyone you know. Have a giveaway and get someone at your party to host a party for you.

Go door-to-door dropping off catalogs to your neighbors and businesses. There are literature bags with holes at the top so that you can hang bags on doors if you would like.

Consider doing vendor events. This is a great way to reach a large number of people. This is how I have grown my business and I will show you how when you join my Ignite Beauty Team.

#2 Sell Avon Online 

We all know that in this day and age we live in that social networking is a must with any business.

You can do this through all of the social media outlets; facebook, twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.  Avon has an amazing social media platform for you to use directly in youravon.com back office.

#1: Avon U training

It has all of the training you need to not only get started but to learn about how to sell on social media, face-to-face, product training and more.

#2: Be your own customer

To sell Avon successfully it is important to use them so you can share what you love about them. Start by replacing all of the products you currently use with Avon branded products.

#3: Build your brand

Running a successful Avon business is not only selling the products but selling yourself. You are the face of Avon. Wear the product – makeup, jewelry, clothing, etc. Purchase Avon apparel, car decal, business cards.

#4: Build customer relationships

Customer are the cornerstone to your business. Build your customer base with the best practice of reaching out to five people at least five days per week.

Consider doing skincare consultations one-on-one. Provide your customers with exceptional customer service by learning everything about the products.

#5 Don’t be afraid to try and fail and don’t give up! 

This is actually the best advice I can give.  Trying new things is always worth it even if your expectations are high and it doesn’t go as planned. Selling Avon is not a cookie cutter selling tactic that is always going to work the way you plan. 

Be willing to try new things.  Try and try again.  If you decide to do an event and it isn’t as successful as you hoped doesn’t mean it wasn’t successful.  It may be that you don’t see that success until later.

Hello, I am Monica Brown creator of StartSellingBeautyOnline.com. I have been an Avon Representative since 2014 having earned awards along the way, including a trip to Jamaica in 2020 as well as recognition awards including the Spirit of Avon Award.
