Spring Back into Your Avon Business

Spring has arrived and now is the time to spring back into your Avon business.  Spring is a time of renewal and now is the time to grow your Avon business as never before!!

Perhaps you started your Avon business and never got it off of the ground or life got in the way of why you started.  Whatever the reason; don’t let that stop you!!

Let’s get started with getting back to your why. Why did you start Avon in the first place?  Was it to take advantage of Avon’s amazing line of products as a customer?  If so, that’s okay.  Plenty of people do that.  Many of those who just started Avon to shop and save end up loving the products and can’t keep from sharing and are now very successful Avon Representatives.  Go ahead be your own best customer – buy, try, share and give people your eStore while you are sharing.  You could potentially become a successful Avon Rep.

Did you sign up to earn with Avon and NEVER made a purchase?  That has happened to me with other companies I got talked into starting, but not Avon.  My Avon eStore has EVERYTHING I used before I started and I am now my own best customer using all of the products I used before I started selling. I even do my gift shopping from there.  Have you taken a look at all of the products Avon carries?  What products does Avon carry that you are currently using of another brand?  Give Avon products a try; you may just love them and decide to switch.  Once you do switch be sure to share what you love and you will start seeing people buying from your eStore upon your recommendations. 

Do you have goals?  Have you ever tracked those goals?  I would recommend buying a notebook that inspires you.  Start setting goals – small goals to start with.  Start with the goal of contacting your warm leads – that would be everyone you currently know.  What about getting out of your comfort zone and making the goal of doing a video and presenting a product?  Whatever it is, write it down!!  

Keeping a notebook for goals, ideas, your team, etc is a good idea.  I get a new notebook every spring so I can start with fresh thoughts, ideas, goals, etc.  Get one that inspires you.  Keep it where you can remember to write in it when a new idea comes to mind that you want to try.

How active are you on social media?  We live in a world of social media and I actually find that if it weren’t for social media I would be forced to only do face-to-face sales and honestly if that were the case – I probably wouldn’t have an Avon business because I am a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom and I don’t really have time to do it.  Social media has allowed for me to reach people beyond my home town and I love that.  

One of the best ways for me to reach people face-to-face is by doing local vendor events.  This way I can reach a large amount of people in a short amount of time.  You don’t need to have a lot of product to do a vendor event.  Just a few catalogs and samples will do as long as you have a way of following up with those who took a catalog and/or sample.  I sell a lot of products at events because there are those who don’t want to shop a catalog but do like to pick up a few things at an event.  It really is up to you to decide if this is a route you want to take with your business.  

How about growing a team?  Have you thought about it?  This is just another way to create another stream of income.  So start sharing your business and build a team – you actually might enjoy it.

Fundraisers can be a great way to gain customers and Avon has created a new tool for you to create fundraisers online.  There are also fliers available with a variety of fundraising product choices.  

Truly Avon is a great way to earn and there is so much potential.  It is up to you to be a Beauty Boss.  I am here to help and mentor you, but I can’t do the work for you.  I believe in you.  Now start believing in yourself and spring back into your Avon business!!
